DHRIM Foundation

DHRIM Foundation teaches people to reconnect with their hearts, with the aim of a more harmonious, peaceful and joyful life in alignment with their true nature. It is based in Segart, near Valencia, Spain, and works with individuals, communities and organizations through workshops, courses and retreats.

The foundation's work is mainly practical, face-to-face teaching focused on energy purification and raising awareness. Its offerings include contemplative meditation retreats based on Vipassana and Hridaya techniques, and workshops on conscious breathing, the Enneagram, conscious creation, the psychology of chakras, and the process of life and death. It also offers yoga, martial arts, expeditions, volunteering and meditation groups.

On breathwork, the foundation describes its conscious breathing workshop as teaching Indian breathing techniques to relax, generate energy and heal the body. Its Insight Timer page describes a therapeutic breathing method based on an ancient technique. The method combines a particular form of pranayama with other resources, in a safe and comfortable setting. Each person uses their own breath to enter a non-ordinary state of expanded consciousness.

DHRIM structures its events around the Enneagram and an experiential, constructivist teaching approach, so participants put the techniques into practice as they learn. Everyone on the team is a volunteer. They call themselves facilitators rather than instructors, and they hold that each participant is their own teacher and that the work should strengthen each person's intuition and inner connection.
