Tammi Kirkness

Tammi Kirkness is the founder and head life coach of VisionScope Coaching, a Sydney-based company that helps individuals, teams and groups reach their full potential. She describes herself as a life coach, corporate consultant, spiritual teacher and energy healer.

Her background is in evidence-based psychology, which she combines with eastern training. She has studied under monks in the south of India, trained as a yoga teacher, and created a global mindfulness program undertaken by thousands of people.

Through VisionScope, Tammi works one-on-one and with groups and teams. The approach is about balance: helping people move from their heads to their hearts, and bringing the different areas of life into the best possible balance. With individuals, she works with people at risk of burnout, people living with high functioning anxiety, and those open to a mix of traditional and spiritually grounded techniques. In the corporate world she offers executive coaching, wellbeing programs, workshops and training, and has consulted to brands including Nestle, LinkedIn, JLL and kikki.K.
