A residential apartment and townhome community in southwest Boise, Idaho
Retreat at Union Square sits at 1461 S Goldking Way in southwest Boise, Idaho. Despite the name, it is a residential community rather than a contemplative retreat. Its 208 apartment homes have contemporary finishes, covered parking, and easy access to shopping, dining and outdoor recreation.
The property is one of three neighboring communities run as a single unit. Townhomes at Union Square, with 56 townhomes, is just across the street. Townhomes at Bent Rock adds 8 more residences just behind the main community. That makes 272 homes in all, ranging from studios to five-bedroom plans, managed by the same onsite team.
That team works for Primary Property Management, which describes itself as locally owned and operated and rooted in the Treasure Valley. It cites more than 30 years of professional property management experience. It also offers 24-hour emergency maintenance and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on its homes.
Visits are by appointment. The leasing office takes calls from nine to five on (208) 287-8898, and tours can be scheduled through the community. The material describes no teachers, ceremonies, classes, lineages or gatherings. What it describes is a place to live, with a local management team behind it.
